While Areté Property Development handles the building and leasing, Areté Homes handles the transaction.
They needed a standalone platform to serve a different audience: homebuyers and sellers looking for a personal touch. Our mission was to create a digital “Boutique”—a site that feels more curated and exclusive than massive aggregators like Zillow, focusing heavily on the brand’s “warm and personal approach.”
In Chicago’s competitive real estate market, trust is everything. A generic website wouldn’t cut it.
The “Pocket Listing” Problem: Areté often has properties that are “Coming Soon” or “Under Contract” before they hit the general market. Standard plugins couldn’t handle these custom statuses effectively.
Humanizing the Brand: Unlike the management site (which is utility-focused), this site needed to sell the Realtors (Steliana & Igor) as experts you want to work with.
Ecosystem Integration: The site had to visually align with the Areté Enterprise family while maintaining its own unique identity as a sales brokerage.
We developed a sophisticated WordPress theme designed to close deals.
Exclusive Inventory System: We built a custom property management tool that allows Areté to showcase “Off-Market” and “Coming Soon” listings, giving their visitors early access that they can’t find elsewhere.
Agent-Forward Design: We prioritized “Talk with an Expert” calls-to-action, featuring direct profiles for their top realtors. This reduces the anonymity of the web and encourages direct phone calls.
Visual Storytelling: We utilized a high-fidelity visual layout for property galleries, ensuring that high-value homes are presented with large, immersive photography rather than small thumbnails.
The Areté Homes platform has become a dual-threat lead generator.
Seller Confidence: The “Buy & Sell” section provides clear value propositions for homeowners, generating listing inquiries.
Integrated Efficiency: By connecting the site to the wider Areté ecosystem (Renovators & Development), the platform serves as a cross-selling tool—clients buying a “fixer-upper” are seamlessly introduced to the Areté Renovators service.
